- Boiled and mashed potato1 kg
- Whole milk1/2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Soybean oil2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Mix the still hot potato with the milk and butter until it forms a puree, if you prefer, beat it in the mixer (it is smooth)
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the onion.
- Put the meat on low heat and cook well.
- Let it cook until the water that is created by the meat dries up.
- Season and reserve
- In a refractory place the puree at the bottom, the meat in the middle and the rest of the puree on top.
- Add the cheese and bake in the oven until golden.
