Meat escalopes with potato cream

  • Beef escalopes400 g
  • Fresh Sliced Mushrooms1 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes4 cup
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Chopped Chives1/4 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese1/3 cup
  1. Season the meat escalopes with salt and pepper and grill on both sides in a heated frying pan with olive oil. Reserve.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the garlic and onion, add the mushrooms, salt and mix, sauté until wilted. Reserve.
  3. In a blender add the potatoes, milk, salt, pepper and chives. Beat until you get a homogeneous cream.
  4. In a dish that can go in the oven, place the meat escalopes, cover with the mushroom sauce.
  5. Then add the cream of potatoes and finish with the grated parmesan.
  6. Take to preheated oven 200ÂșC to bake for about 15-20 minutes.
