  • Ground beef500 g
  • Stale French Bread1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Diced Parmesan10 unit(s)
  • Chopped dried tomatoes5 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Place the meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Soak the bread in a little water so that it softens well.
  3. Add the bread to the meat and mix well.
  4. Make balls with the meat, and with your finger make a hole in the center of the ball. Put the cheese and a piece of dried tomato and close.
  5. Place the dumplings on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in the oven or in the airfryer until golden brown!
