- Lean ground beef200 g
- Chopped Onion1 teaspoon
- Finely chopped garlic1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil1 coffee spoon
- Green Spice1 teaspoon
- Finely grated carrot1 tablespoon
- Chopped tomato1/4 cup
- Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
- Shape the croquettes and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for 15-20 minutes or until well done.
- If the child is over 1 year old, you can add a pinch of sea salt.
