Ground beef500 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Onion, garlic and dried parsley1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste
cheddar cheese150 g
Sliced Bacon250 g
BBQ Sauce1/3 cup

Add the ground beef with the egg and seasonings and mix.
Portion into balls. Stuff all the balls with a small piece of cheddar cheese and wrap the balls with a slice of bacon.
Insert a toothpick to fix the bacon in the muffin. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, brush with the barbecue sauce and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
