  • Green seasoning 🌿1 unit(s)
  • Palm oil30 ml
  • Garlic🌰4 unit(s)
  • Cumin1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the meat into cubes and season to your liking, with garlic, Cumin and salt.
  2. In the pressure cooker, cook the cassava, leaving it very soft.
  3. After the cold cassava, put 1 can of coconut milk in the blender and gradually beat using the pulsar, until everything is blended. Note: You can mash the cassava too.
  4. Heat the olive oil together with the palm oil and put the onion, leave it until golden, then wrap the seasoned meat until it fry and add the peppers.
  5. After frying, add the manioc and the other can of coconut milk, letting it cook for 5 minutes. Always stirring so the bottom doesn't stick. If you want a little more color, add a little more palm powder.
  6. Finish with the chopped tomatoes, along with the green seasoning.
