  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Coxão soft in cubes500 g
  • Diced onion1 unit(s)
  • Sausage2 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Potato1 cup
  • Carrot1 cup
  • Pod1 cup
  • Hot water1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  1. Over high heat, heat a pressure cooker with oil and fry the meat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the sausage and fry for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the onion, garlic and fry until golden. Pour the skinless and seeded tomato into cubes, potato into cubes, carrots into cubes, pods in pieces and cover with hot water. Season with salt, pepper and cover.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, then start the pressure. Wait for the pressure to release naturally and open the pot. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with sage and serve.
