- Green Smell2 tablespoon
- Panko Flour2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Lemon Pepper to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Boiled Potatoes5 unit(s)
- Milk200 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Ready-made tomato sauce300 g
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Meatballs: Grind all the chicken in the food processor and reserve in a bowl;
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent, set aside;
- In the bowl with the chicken, add the cheese, the Panko flour, the egg, lemon juice, the parsley and stir well;
- Add salt, lemon pepper, black pepper, wheat flour, onion and garlic and mix again;
- To roll the meatballs, drip oil on your hand so they don't stick and make the balls with the size you prefer;
- After rolling all the meatballs, fry them in a frying pan with a little oil (enough to fry them all without having to leave them submerged) and set aside.
- Mashed Potatoes: in a large pan, place the margarine, black pepper, salt and add the already cooked and mashed potatoes, the milk and stir well,
- Adjust the salt and turn off the heat;
- Assembly: on a platter, place the layer of puree, arrange with the chicken meatballs on top and the well-crafted tomato sauce. Finish with mozzarella cheese;
- Take it to the oven for fixings, preferably in grill mode or if you don't have this function, leave it in the oven preheated to 180° until fixings. serve.
