- Minced meat (Duckling)500 g
- Cauliflower250 g
- Chopped onion0.5 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Clean the cauliflower well and put it in the processor, grate it and chop it finely.
- Fry the cauliflower in butter until golden
- Mix the minced meat with the cauliflower (no need to wait for it to cool) and season to taste.
- Make the kibbehs in the shape you prefer and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 30 to 40 minutes
- You can also fry the kibbeh if you prefer. In this case, I recommend leaving it in the freezer for 5 minutes beforehand. Or in the airfryer, 25 to 30 minutes at maximum power.
