  • Thickly sliced filet mignon150 g
  • Girl's finger pepper paste (beat oil and pepper)10 g
  • Garlic clove brunoise1 unit(s)
  • Girl's Finger Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red onion in thick julienne1/2 unit(s)
  • Ripe tomato in thick julienne1 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper in thick julienne1/4 unit(s)
  • soy sauce30 ml
  • Sugar mixed with soy sauce for red onion marinade8 g
  • Chopped coriander10 g
  • French fries for frying50 g
  • Cumin powder3 g
  • White Vinegar8 ml
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying potatoes to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok. use high heat
  2. Sauté the meat until golden, but not overcooked (maximum 2 to 3 minutes). Remove the meat from the pan with the cooking juices. Reserve.
  3. Add more oil to the skillet, sauté the onions that were soaking in sugar and in the soy sauce, add the garlic and chopped pepper. Season with salt. add vinegar and let it evaporate.
  4. Add the yellow pepper and finally the tomato. Jump.
  5. Come back with the meat. Add the chili paste, soy sauce and cook for more 1/2 minute.
  6. Fry the potatoes and mix last. (if you want)
  7. Finish with cilantro and chili pepper. Serve with rice and corn.
