  • Pork loin1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Fine herbs to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Crushed garlic to taste
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Water500 ml
  1. Season the meat with salt, chimichurri, fine herbs and black pepper. Let it season for up to 4 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker, place the meat to seal on both sides, after that add the water, close the pan and let it cook until the water dries up.
  3. Open the pan, add the garlic and let the meat brown well.
