  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil2 tablespoon
  • wine vinegar1 cup
  • beef broth2 unit(s)
  • hot water3 cup
  • chopped red onion1 unit(s)
  • sliced ​​carrots1 unit(s)
  • chopped green beans1 cup
  • chopped tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • fine herbs1 coffee spoon
  • whole mushrooms1 cup
  • wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • water3 tablespoon
  1. Season the lizard with salt and pepper.
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over high heat and fry the slices until golden.
  3. Add the vinegar, meat broth, water and onion.
  4. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes after starting the pressure.
  5. Turn it off, let the pressure come out naturally, open the pan and add the carrots, green beans, tomatoes and fine herbs.
  6. Cover again and cook over low heat for 10 minutes after starting the pressure.
  7. Turn it off and let the pressure release naturally.
  8. Open carefully and return to medium heat without covering.
  9. Add the mushrooms and the flour dissolved in the water and stir until thickened.
  10. Season with salt, if necessary.
  11. Turn off, pack the meat and vegetables on a platter and serve.
