  • Beef liver steak1 kg
  • Onions2 unit(s)
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Color1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil1 can(s)
  1. You take the liver and you take that skin off it, cut it for steak.
  2. Once cut, season with coloral and black pepper and salt of your choice. Don't forget to add a little oil so it can be very malleable when stirring and getting the seasoning well.
  3. After that, you put the skillet to heat up with oil and put the steaks. Fry them all and remove to eliminate that water.
  4. After all the steaks are done, you will start frying them all according to your preference.
  5. Finished frying, you will place the onion cut into slices on top of the steak and leave it for 1 minute and it's ready.
