- Shredded Beef Liver400 g
- Whole milk200 ml
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Soybean oil4 tablespoon
- Half Moon Onion2 unit(s)
- Green smell1/2 cup
- Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
- Vinegar4 tablespoon
- Soak the strips in the milk for 10 minutes.
- Drain the milk and season with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the liver strips.
- Remove the baits, add the onion to the skillet and the vinegar and cook until golden.
- Add the baits stir well sprinkle green smell.
- Serve with white rice, mashed potatoes and beans.
