  • Shredded Beef Liver400 g
  • Whole milk200 ml
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Soybean oil4 tablespoon
  • Half Moon Onion2 unit(s)
  • Green smell1/2 cup
  • Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Vinegar4 tablespoon
  1. Soak the strips in the milk for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the milk and season with garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the liver strips.
  4. Remove the baits, add the onion to the skillet and the vinegar and cook until golden.
  5. Add the baits stir well sprinkle green smell.
  6. Serve with white rice, mashed potatoes and beans.
