  1. Take the liver, cut it into medium pieces, then place it in a bowl and add a little hot water to remove the pieces that remain in the liver.
  2. Then add salt, pepper, garlic and a little vinegar and rest for 3 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil and add the pieces of liver to the pan and then, when ready, place the onions and sliced onions on top and cover.
  4. Stir well after 10 minutes turn off the heat and serve yourself.
