  • Liver cut into strips300 g
  • Thinly sliced red onion100 g
  • Homemade beef broth100 ml
  • Olive oil30 ml
  • Ready-made rice200 g
  • Parsley30 g
  • Chives30 g
  • Chili pepper30 g
  • Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Fried onion (for garnish)50 g
  1. In a very hot skillet, add the oil and let the liver brown for a minute. Hit the salt.
  2. Add the onion and let it brown for about two minutes.
  3. Add the beef broth, rice, parsley and chives.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Fry the egg with the hard white and soft yolk.
  6. Decorate the rice with the fried onion and the egg. serve.
