  • onion, pepper and tomato1 unit(s)
  • Oil0 to taste
  • Salt, Black Pepper0 to taste
  • water120 ml
  • Chives0 to taste
  1. Remove the skin from the liver and cut it into strips, after seasoning with salt and garlic.
  2. Place the seasoned liver in a pressure cooker, add the oil, onion, tomato and pepper cut into large pieces.
  3. Leave it on the fire until it sauté well, add 120 ml of water and put it under pressure for 15 minutes.
  4. Take it out and you will probably still have water, put it on pressure for another six minutes, if you don't have water add a little, but it can't be too much, because this liver must be fried, completely without water, here I only put 120ml of water and when I open the pot after 15 minutes still has enough water to stay another six minutes.
  5. When you take the pressure off, if you find it necessary, leave the liver in the fire until it runs out of water and well fried.
  6. Then you can finish by adding chives and it's ready to serve.
