- Liver1 kg
- Tomatoes, red onion, garlic, peppers, parsley, chives, cilantro, chopped to taste
- Tomato sauce5 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- paprika, cumin, black pepper to taste
- Soybean oil1 cup
- English Potato4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Put the liver already cut into the pressure cooker and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin and lemon juice mix well to get the flavor of the seasonings.
- Then put the chopped vegetables in the tomato sauce, and add the cup of oil last the English potatoes cut in half.
- Shake the pan to mix all the ingredients well and add a cup of water, cover the pan and heat for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and serve with white rice.
