  • Tomatoes, red onion, garlic, peppers, parsley, chives, cilantro, chopped to taste
  • Tomato sauce5 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • paprika, cumin, black pepper to taste
  • Soybean oil1 cup
  • English Potato4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Put the liver already cut into the pressure cooker and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin and lemon juice mix well to get the flavor of the seasonings.
  2. Then put the chopped vegetables in the tomato sauce, and add the cup of oil last the English potatoes cut in half.
  3. Shake the pan to mix all the ingredients well and add a cup of water, cover the pan and heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and serve with white rice.
