  • Tomato sauce2 cup

  • Sazon sachet2 unit(s)
  • Diced Peppers1 unit(s)
  • Diced onion2 unit(s)
  • Diced Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Green Smell2 cup
  • Water500 ml
  1. Cut the liver into strips, season with cumin, salt, and garlic and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry the liver quickly in the oil and set aside.
  3. In a pan, put the tomato sauce, onion, tomato, knor, sazon, pepper and water.
  4. When it starts boiling, put the liver and the green smell and let it boil for another 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice
