- Pork Filet Mignon600 g

- White wine30 ml
- Worcestershire sauce30 ml
- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sliced red onion1 unit(s)
- Sliced lemon1 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley3 tablespoon
- Season the fillets with the apple, wine, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
- Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Then, in a lightly greased frying pan, grill the fillets along with the lemon wedges.
- At the end, grill the onions in the same skillet with the remaining marinade.
- Arrange on the plate with the lemon slices on top, finish with parsley and Ready.
