- Wheat for kibbeh / 1 cup120 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Mint1 tablespoon
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Salt1.1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil / 5 tbsp65 ml
- Water / 1 cup240 ml
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Syrian Pepper1 teaspoon
- Boil the water. Pour over the wheat for kibe. Let it hydrate for 1 hour. *For this process, it will not be necessary to twist the wheat with a dish towel to remove the excess water. After waiting 1 hour for hydration, just use wheat.
- After that time, mix all the ingredients well. Taste and see if you need to adjust any seasoning.
- Take some dough and shape into kibe shapes or grease two small shapes and separate into two 400g portions. Suggestion: it's nice to fill it with cheese.
- Grease the kibes with olive oil.
- Place in the airfryer at 140°C for 10 minutes and another 5 minutes at 180°C.
