  • kibbeh wheat250 g
  • Twice ground beef500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped Mint2 tablespoon
  • Chopped chives2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil1 tablespoon
  1. Wash the kebab wheat several times until the water is clear.
  2. Squeeze well to remove all water.
  3. With a wet hand, mix all the ingredients (except the green onions) until the dough is uniform.
  4. On a platter, arrange the dough and garnish with green onions and mint leaves.
  5. Place in the fridge for an hour before serving.
  6. Serving suggestion: Syrian bread and olive oil. Huuuumm. Enjoy your food!
