- Carme acem or duckling1 kg

- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Season the meat well as you like (I use Bahia seasoning, garlic, onion, paprika, hot pepper, tomato, coriander and Knorr meat-flavored broth powder.
- Very important detail for the meat to be super juicy: I use 1 teaspoon of baking powder (any brand), when I'm seasoning it.
- I take it to cook for about 20 min. I let the pressure off and add the potato and carrot. I cook for another 5 minutes. Decorate with coriander and chives. Delicious!
