- Beef (Monday)500 g
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Parsley and chives1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Seasonings of your choice1 to taste
- Water500 ml
- Chop the meat. Season it and set it aside.
- In a pressure cooker, brown an onion and add the minced meat.
- Fry the meat until it is well browned.
- When it is well colored, add the water and let it cook for twenty minutes under pressure.
- Open the pan. Check if it is already soft.
- If it's not to your liking, add a little more water and let the pressure rest for a little longer.
- Open the pan. Check if there is a little broth, add the other sliced onion, parsley and chives.
- Mix and transfer to the serving dish.
