  • Beef (Monday)500 g
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Parsley and chives1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Seasonings of your choice1 to taste
  • Water500 ml
  1. Chop the meat. Season it and set it aside.
  2. In a pressure cooker, brown an onion and add the minced meat.
  3. Fry the meat until it is well browned.
  4. When it is well colored, add the water and let it cook for twenty minutes under pressure.
  5. Open the pan. Check if it is already soft.
  6. If it's not to your liking, add a little more water and let the pressure rest for a little longer.
  7. Open the pan. Check if there is a little broth, add the other sliced onion, parsley and chives.
  8. Mix and transfer to the serving dish.
