  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  • Margarine or melted butter2 tablespoon
  • Garlic to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut, put to cook
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, let's start preparing the jerky.
  3. Crush the garlic and cut the onion
  4. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion with oil. Then add the ground beef and let it sear.
  5. When the ground beef is sealed, add the green smell and salt to taste.
  6. Let the ground beef water dry a little and add the tomato sauce
  7. Do not add too much sauce, as this will interfere with the assembly of the escondidinho.
  8. One stays: you can also add some paprika and soy sauce if you like. It's a delight.
  9. Wait for the sauce to dry a little, but don't overdo it. Then turn off the fire
  10. Let's prepare the potatoes
  11. Start by mashing the potatoes as if you were going to make a puree, add the melted butter and salt to taste.
  12. Then add the cream and mix until well combined.
  13. Now let's start the assembly
  14. Grease a mold with olive oil, then make a generous layer with the prepared puree.
  15. Then add the ground beef.
  16. Make the last layer with the remaining puree, and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  17. Bake at 230 degrees for 30 minutes maximum
  18. And it's ready 🥰
