  • Beef drumstick cut into large cubes500 g
  • Pieces of cassava/cassava cooked al dente2 cup
  • Tomato sauce2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/3 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Chopped green onion to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Hot water1 cup
  1. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and brown the meat cubes well.
  3. Add garlic and onion and sauté.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and water, salt and mix. Close the pressure cooker.
  5. Let cook for 20 minutes after you get pressure.
  6. Check if the meat is already soft, if it is, add the cassava and mix.
  7. Cook for about 10 minutes and add more water if needed.
  8. Adjust the salt and finish with the onion.
