Potatoes 6, Calabrese sausage 3 large segments, tomatoes

Tomatoes 2, Onions 1, Colored Peppers 1/2 each, 2 cloves of garlic, Cheese zest

Inverted pepperoni with potatoes.

Descasque as batatas e corte-as em tamanhos iguais,coloque 1 litro +ou - de água uma panela grande e adicione sal grosso 1/2colher de sopa ,folhas de loro e deixe ferver ,adicione as batatas e deixe cozinhar até estarem macias.

Amasse as batatas ou passe por um espremedor ,até virar um purê. Reserve .

Corte as linguiças em pequenos cubos ,triture o alho e a cebola ,e frite até dourar junto com a Linguiça, acrescente os tomates cortados em cubos sem as sementes, por último os pimentões cortados em cubos pequenos,frite mais um pouco ,se preciso adicione 1 fio de azeite .reserve

Monte o escondidinho no prato ,coloque uma colher grande cheia do purê ,e por cima coloque 2 colheres cheias da Linguiça, e raspas de queijo ,usei parmesão. Sirva com arroz branco ,saladas..
