- Angus Black Picanha1.2 kg
- Parrilla salt40 g
- Put the grill on fire and wait for it to turn into a brazier.
- Make friezes in the fat of the picanha, without going through it completely.
- Place the picanha with the fat side down for 4 min.
- Turn the picanha and leave it for another 4 min.
- Remove the picanha, let it rest for 8 min.
- Slice the picanha into 3 finger pieces.
- Take the slices for 2 min on each side.
- Remove and let rest for 5 min.
- Slice the steaks, season with salt to taste and be happy!!!
