  • Pieces of pork belly with skin cut into 10x2cm to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  1. Place the pork pieces in a non-stick frying pan over low heat and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  2. When frying in the fat of the meat, cover and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the salt and turn the meat. Leave another 3 minutes still capped.
  4. When very crispy, remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.
