  • Coarsely chopped medium red onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Water2 l
  1. In a pan heat the oil and brown the meat shavings well.
  2. Add water and all other ingredients.
  3. Let it cook on low heat (without boiling) for about 40 minutes.
  4. Strain the broth and use it in the preparation of risottos, pasta, etc.
