- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Small Onion1 unit(s)
- Oil2 teaspoon
- Milk500 ml
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cheese500 mg
- Put the potato to cook.
- Put the oil in the pan.
- Fry the meat with onions and garlic and sauté well. Add salt.
- Drain the potato after cooked (well cooked) peel and mash as if you were going to make a puree.
- After kneading, add the milk and margarine and mix well, until smooth and without margarine streaks.
- MOUNTING
- Take a refractory and put a layer of puree then a layer of ground beef and then a layer of cheese and so on.
- Lastly the last layer has to be the cheese pain.
- Done that, put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the cheese is browned.
- Serve it hot.
