  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Almond flour2 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella30 g
  • Oregano to taste
  • Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
  1. Pass the chicken fillets in the beaten eggs and then pass in the almond flour mixture with the Parmesan cheese.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and take it to the airfryer until golden.
  3. Transfer the chicken fillets to a pan, spread the pir tomato sauce on top and cover with mozzarella and oregano.
  4. Place in the oven to melt the cheese.
