  • Coconut spray for greasing to taste
  1. Chop and mince the onion and garlic
  2. Add the ground beef, onion, garlic and other seasonings to a refractory. Mix very well.
  3. After doing this process, make the balls and take it to the Air fryer greased with coconut spray for approximately 20 min at 180 C°.
  4. Halfway through, see if there is a need to turn the dumplings so they are evenly baked.
  5. Is ready! It's delicious, zero oil in the preparation, and can be served with sauces and side dishes.
