Squeezed Lemon Juice200 ml
Garlic and Onion to taste
Seasonings to taste
Potato to taste
Mustard to taste

With the thawed ham, season with the spices and lemon juice and leave overnight to marinate the seasoning well.
The next day: adjust the seasoning and add mustard. bake covered in aluminum foil for about 40 minutes.
Cut the potatoes to your preference, put the same seasoning mixture as the ham on the potatoes.
After 40 minutes in the oven. If the meat is already a little soft, add the potatoes and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Then remove the aluminum foil and let it brown. After that, just serve. Overnight the ham takes on the seasoning well and is even more delicious with lemon and mustard.
