Seara Seasoned Boneless Ham700 g
Rosemary1 dessert spoon
Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Dry white wine1 cup

Leave to marinate the night before in the fridge.
Heat the air fryer 10 minutes beforehand. Meanwhile, seal the piece in a skillet. Thus, the succulence is maintained.
Place in air fryer for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Turn halfway through. If you want more crispy, you can leave it for another 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve with the pineapple and pepper jelly.
