  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • Vegetables to taste
  1. Pass the garlic and onion through the crusher and Season the ham along with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, orange juice and wine.
  2. Let the meat marinate (ideally, do it the night before)
  3. In the pressure cooker, add the oil and sugar. As soon as the sugar is golden, put the ham. And then pour the marinade sauce over the meat.
  4. Cover the pan and after the pan gets pressure on medium heat, leave it for 35 to 40 min. If, when you turn it off, you think you need more time, turn the meat over and leave it for a little longer.
  5. You can add vegetables to cook along with the ham
