  • Ground Lamb500 g
  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • White Onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter ghee1 dessert spoon
  • Peeled tomato in juice300 ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
  • Fresh Basil to taste
  1. In a large pan or skillet, sauté the chopped garlic and onion in the ghee
  2. When golden add the lamb meat and mix it lightly so it doesn't stick for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato with juice and season with salt to taste and black pepper. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes (all over medium heat). Finally, add the nutmeg and fresh basil, with the heat turned off.
  4. I served with multigrain rice and assorted salad. I used everything organic and fresh
