- Ground beef300 g
- Potato2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Cut the onion, tomato and chopped cilantro and set aside.
- In a pan put a thread of oil and fry the garlic, when it's golden put the onion
- Add the tomato and cilantro and let it cool.
- Add the tomato sauce and seasonings (I used sazon and knor chicken broth)
- After boiling, add the ground beef and let it cook.
- Then just serve
- Note: as I had some boiled potatoes, I put them inside so I wouldn't waste them.
