- Ground beef300 g
- Pumpkin (Cabotia or Japanese) cut into cubes700 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 to taste
- Glass of water1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
- Gather all the ingredients;
- Take a pan to medium heat, and, without oil, sauté the meat and onion;
- Add the tomato, squash, tomato sauce, cover the pan, and let it all cook for about 15 minutes, or until the squash is tender. If necessary, add a little water so that the ingredients do not stick to the pan;
- Season with parsley, salt and pepper;
- Now just serve. Enjoy your food!
