- Ground beef (Duckling or Rump)500 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Sliced okra200 g
- Sliced pumpkin100 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepperoni1 coffee spoon
- Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
- Cooked beans from the day before (already thickened)1/2 cup
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Water1 cup
- Place the ground beef in a hot skillet with a drizzle of oil. Saute and reserve.
- In the same pan as the ground beef, sauté the onion and garlic with a pinch of salt until golden.
- Return the sautéed ground beef to the pan with the onion and garlic, sautéing everything together for another 3 minutes. Reserve.
- In another pan, put the water, okra and pumpkin and let it boil.
- Add the pepperoni, paprika, beans and stir until thickened.
- Finish with salt to taste.
