- Ground beef300 g
- Chopped green beans1/3 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Paprika1 coffee spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground Cumin1 coffee spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Then add the paprika and mix.
- Add the meat and keep stirring to break up all the lumps. Season with salt, pepper and cumin.
- When the meat is already cooked, add it. The pod and saute for another 2 minutes.
- Adjust the salt, turn off the fire and finish with the onion.
- For a Lowcarb lunch box, serve it with quinoa and vegetables.
