Ingredients

• Ground beef | 300 g
• Chopped green beans | 1/3 cup
• Chopped Onion | 1/4 cup
• Chopped Garlic | 1 teaspoon
• Paprika | 1 coffee spoon
• Ground black pepper |  to taste
• Ground Cumin | 1 coffee spoon
• Sea Salt |  to taste
• Olive oil | 1 dessert spoon
• Chopped green onion | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
2. Then add the paprika and mix.
3. Add the meat and keep stirring to break up all the lumps. Season with salt, pepper and cumin.
4. When the meat is already cooked, add it. The pod and saute for another 2 minutes.
5. Adjust the salt, turn off the fire and finish with the onion.
6. For a Lowcarb lunch box, serve it with quinoa and vegetables.
