- Olive oil to taste
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Fresh coriander to taste
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
- Start by chopping the onion and garlic and set aside.
- Boil water in a pan for blanching the pods. They should be washed in running water, dipped in boiling water for 1 minute and then in a bowl with ice water. Once cooled, drain and chop into thin slices.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a deep pan and sauté the ground beef, stirring occasionally.
- Open a space in the middle of the pan, place the onion, water with a thread of oil and let it fry a little until it becomes transparent.
- Mix the onion with the meat and repeat with the garlic, frying until golden and mixing with the rest at the end.
- Add the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and stir well, scraping the bottom of the pan to release all the delicious flavor.
- Add the chopped green beans, sweet paprika and a little chopped fresh coriander.
- Mix well, add a little bit of water, cover the pan and lower the heat. Let it enjoy a little until the pod is in the texture of your taste more crispy or soft).
