Carrot1/2 unit(s)
Tomato2 unit(s)
Worcestershire sauce1 dessert spoon
Liquid smoke1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon

Mince the garlic and onion and brown in the pan with the oil.
Chop the chopped carrot and put it in the pan. After a few minutes put the meat and cover with the tomato.
Cook for about 20 minutes on low heat and add the Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
