Ground beef

Temperar a carne moída com os temperos que desejar. 

Season the ground beef with whatever seasonings you like.

Depois de temperada, abra com rolo de massa a carne sobre o papel filme. 

Once seasoned, open the meat with a rolling pin on the cling film.

Coloque o queijo, o presunto, os ovos e o tomate. E depois enrole.

Add the cheese, ham, eggs and tomato. And then roll.

Coloque em uma assadeira, despeje o molho de tomate e leve ao forno por 40 minutos. 

Place on a baking sheet, pour in the tomato sauce and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Serve with whatever accompaniment you like.
