- Onion soup1 unit(s)
- Ham250 g
- Mozzarella250 g
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Cellophane paper1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt, oregano, parsley, black pepper, chimichurri to taste
- Season the ground beef with salt, black pepper, 1 onion in cubes, crushed garlic, after well mixed add 1 egg and the breadcrumbs.... and 1 bag of onion soup mix well.
- Open this mixture on top of the cling film
- Add all the minced ham, minced mozzarella and minced pepperoni, diced onion, diced tomato, put it with the seeds, green smell, oregano and the other seasonings to taste
- Make the rocombole very slowly and in a way that the cellophane was very firm and rolled up
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
- After that time open the cellophane
- Sprinkle oregano and cheese on top
- Place in the oven to brown.
