  • Ham250 g
  • Mozzarella250 g
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Cellophane paper1 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt, oregano, parsley, black pepper, chimichurri to taste
  1. Season the ground beef with salt, black pepper, 1 onion in cubes, crushed garlic, after well mixed add 1 egg and the breadcrumbs.... and 1 bag of onion soup mix well.
  2. Open this mixture on top of the cling film
  3. Add all the minced ham, minced mozzarella and minced pepperoni, diced onion, diced tomato, put it with the seeds, green smell, oregano and the other seasonings to taste
  4. Make the rocombole very slowly and in a way that the cellophane was very firm and rolled up
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
  6. After that time open the cellophane
  7. Sprinkle oregano and cheese on top
  8. Place in the oven to brown.
