- Seasoned Beans to taste

- Season the pork steaks 🐷 with lemon juice, garlic and salt and let the rosemary rest in the seasoning
- Fry the steaks in a pan, rubbing them in the pan until they are well fried and golden, remove them and place them in a bowl
- After everything is fried, add onions with olive oil and lemon juice 🍋 add the meat to this broth and set aside
- Cut the potato, add a spoonful of salt and let it drain in a colander for half an hour. Then wash it, let it drain and fry in very hot oil until it becomes crispy.
- Serve with rice, beans, steak and fries, can also be served with salad.
