  • Coarse salt to taste
  1. Light the barbecue and make the brazier very strong.
  2. Spread coarse salt over the entire piece of picanha and cook with the fat side down for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn the piece over and bake on the other side for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the meat from the barbecue and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut steaks two fingers thick. They are raw inside.
  6. Rub coarse salt on both sides of each steak.
  7. Take the steaks to the barbecue. When the blood rises, it's time to turn around.
  8. Leave on the other side for another 3 minutes.
  9. Remove the meat from the barbecue and let it rest for 2 minutes.
  10. Slice and enjoy!!!
