- Chorizo Steaks (flank steak) Aged (I used Friboi)2 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Coarse salt to taste
- Season the steaks with coarse salt, ground black pepper and extra virgin olive oil and leave in this basic seasoning for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the grill or skillet and place the steaks, sear the meat 30 seconds on each side
- Lower the temperature or heat and cook until the desired point is reached (try and add salt if necessary) before removing from the grill.
- Serve then 😉
