Good Potatoes Pork Chop

- Pork Chop1 kg
- Large Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Coarse salt1 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Rosemary to taste
- Seasoning mix of your choice (I used dehydrated gaucho seasoning) to taste
- Make a “walk” of coarse salt at the bottom of the platter. If you don't want it, you can use regular salt.
- Place the meat over the salt, with the bone side down (in the salt).
- Squeeze the lemon over the meat.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 pieces. Make a sauce with olive oil, salt and the seasoning you chose to use. Place the potatoes in this sauce and stir well.
- Place the potatoes on the meat platter and pour the remaining sauce over the meat.
- Put some rosemary twigs, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50min at 180°C
- Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes to brown. Ready! It's juicy and delicious!
