  • Pork Chop1 kg
  • Large Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Coarse salt1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Seasoning mix of your choice (I used dehydrated gaucho seasoning) to taste
  1. Make a “walk” of coarse salt at the bottom of the platter. If you don't want it, you can use regular salt.
  2. Place the meat over the salt, with the bone side down (in the salt).
  3. Squeeze the lemon over the meat.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 pieces. Make a sauce with olive oil, salt and the seasoning you chose to use. Place the potatoes in this sauce and stir well.
  5. Place the potatoes on the meat platter and pour the remaining sauce over the meat.
  6. Put some rosemary twigs, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50min at 180°C
  7. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes to brown. Ready! It's juicy and delicious!
